"Gut Ponderosa" in "Stolzenhagen"

One and a half hours northeast of Berlin, in "Land Brandenburg", the "Gut Ponderosa" in "Stolzenhagen" begins to take inviting shape. On 5.5 hectares, with the effort of 8 years, the 18 founders of "Ponderosa e.V.", a non-profit Organisation, have created a jewel: the complex and infrastructure of which specially caters to dance and movement festivals. Its many sides include diverse and impressive dance rooms and alternative but opportune spaces, large halls and small niches, open-air sites, roof terraces, and a few further suprises.

Watch out! There are two "Stolzenhagens" in the area of Berlin! We are the one by the "Oder river". A tiny village with no train station. If you travel by car make sure to get directions for our Stolzenhagen! See map below ...

How to get there: by Train

From Berlin to "Angermünde":

The trainride takes about 1 hour, it's easy, fun & cheap.
From "Hauptbahnhof" (Berlin central station) or "Gesundbrunnen" train stations you will take a "Regionalbahn" or "IC"-Train direction north to a town called "Angermünde". Buy a "VBB"- Ticket (there are vending machines on the platform where the train departs) to the destination "Lunow", but get off the train in the town of "Angermünde".

Take a "Ruf-Bus-Taxi" to "Stolzenhagen" (This costs 0,80 cents with a train ticket to "Lunow" and 3 euro without such a ticket). The "Ruf-Bus-Taxi" runs weekdays after 17:30h, and weekends from 8am in the morning until 10pm at night. Important: To make sure to get the "Ruf-Bus-Taxi" you should call 1 hour ahead of arrival time (or even earlier if you can) to reserve. You can call between 8am and 6pm. The taxis run until 9:30pm.
