--- "can you still participate ?"  Yes, of course: you are very welcome to come at night to the Milongas ! We won't be able to accomodate and feed you, so we will need to ask you to leave the Ranch after the Milongas; but for those of you coming from not too far away this is a chance to join our big Milongas on Friday and Saturday !

--- *** pre-Seminario warm-up classes with Deborah Weitzman (Oslo) ***
who specializes in Alexander Technique will be offering warm-up classes to the Seminarios during the week. The 30-minute classes will take place before the Seminarios in the morning, and maybe also in the afternoon. Classes are 5€ on a drop-in basis, so there is no need to sign in. Deborah is also available throughout the week for massages !

"How do I register?"

Please follow these simple steps:

1st)    Choose the Package of your dreams (Step 1);
2nd)   decide which form of accommodation you favour (Step 2),
3d)    and whether you want full meals (Step 3).
4th)    Send this information by Email to post@noutangoberlin.de.

Within 3-5 days you will receive an Email from us to handle your participation and confirm that we received your request. Please read the Email and answer within 3-5 days! Once we have answered all your questions and you are decided about the package, accommodation and meals, you will receive a final confirmation Email from us with all the details you need to know. Please answer this Email to confirm your participation!! Payments will be made in cash upon arrival. Note: you confirm your participation with your final Email, the confirmation is binding! If you cannot come you will still have to pay, if we can not transfer your place to someone else! In this unlikely event we will send you our international banking information. Exceptions will be made for unforeseeable incidents serious in nature.

Accommodation and Meals are not included.
NOTE: Each Seminario is limited to 15 couples; you need a partner to register for a Seminario. You do not need a partner to register for all other packages.

Step 2  ---  Accommodation

The more adventurous among us can affordably camp under the stars (5 Euros a night); while those seeking more traditional resting spots can book a comfortable sleeping location inside, from common rooms to lovely private apartments (ranging from 8 Euros to 18 Euros). Shared Sleeping Quarters 2-5 Beds per Room, mattresses are available onsite: 8 €

There are few rooms available on site. So, if you prefer the privacy of your own room, we strongly recommend to sign-in as soon as possible; information will be send to you how to contact our local host Uli to book a private room.

Step 3  ---  Meals

We are happy to announce that this year our very dear Tango friend Maura Laudicina (Italy) will manage the kitchen!

For 15 Euros per day per person we receive fantastic, organic meals:
...  breakfast buffet
...  a warm lunch
...  a warm dinner
Meals are vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian.
We will wash our own dishes as well as serve ourselves.
Alcohol can be bought onsite at the bar, or brought along.

--- Arrival & Sign-In

Arrival & Sign-In for the Complete Package Participants will be carried out late afternoon on Tuesday, August 3, from 17:00h-19:30h at the Festival Café.
Arrival & Sign-In for the Weekend Package Participants will be carried out late afternoon on Friday, August 6, from 17:00h-19:30h at the Festival Café.

If you can not arrive within this time-frame please and arrive at any other time please ask for Thomas to receive information and to sign-in!
