1) Please choose your package (see below), decide which form of accommodation you favour, and whether you want full meals.
2) Choose 6 WS (6 WS are included in the package; you can also book more if interested).

--- Costs & Packages

Complete Package:                    230 €, includes 6 WS + 5 Milongas + Admission Fees.
Tue-Sun 50 places                      20 € for every additional WS.
FEW PLACES AVAILABLE          (Accommodation + Meals are not included)

ALL MILONGAS Package:          80 €, incl. 5 Milongas + Admission Fees.
Tue-Sun 10 places NEW             25€ for every WS.
Singles are welcome!                (Accommodation + Meals are not included)

Weekend Package:                    35 €, incl. 2 Milongas + Admission Fees.
FEW PLACES AVAILABLE           25 € for 1 WS.
                                                   (Accommodation + Meals are not included)

Weekend Package PLUS:           85 €, incl. 2 Milongas + WS 10&14 + Admission Fees.
Fri-Sun 20 places NEW                20 € for every additional WS.
Singles are welcome in WS 10&14 (Accommodation + Meals are not included)

Individual Bookings:                   8 € (Wed/Thu), 12 € (Fri/Sat) for 1 Milonga.
For those of you staying with     30 € for 1 WS. (only possible for WS 10&14)

--- Registration & General Terms and Conditions

Payments should be made in full upon arrival. Registration is binding upon retrieval of the confirmation email. Full refund will be given for cancellations made 4 weeks before the opening day; for cancellations made up until 2 weeks in advance 30% of the booking price is to be paid; and for cancellations made at any later date the booking is to be paid in full. Exceptions will be made for unforeseeable incidents serious in nature.

--- Arrival & Sign-In

Arrival & Sign-In for the Complete Package Participants will be carried out late afternoon on Tuesday, August 4, from 17:00h-19:30h at the Festival Café.
Arrival & Sign-In for the Weekend Package Participants will be carried out late afternoon on Friday, August 7, from 17:00h-19:30h at the Festival Café.

If you can not arrive within this time-frame please let us know about your schedule.

--- Meals

We will be fully catered for by our hosts:

For 15 Euros per day per person we receive fantastic, organic meals:
...  breakfast buffet
...  a warm lunch
...  a warm dinner
Meals are vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian.
We will wash our own dishes as well as serve ourselves.
Tea & coffee will always be available for those needed picker-upper moments, as well as biscuits & fruit.
Alcohol can be bought onsite at the bar, or brought along.

--- Accommodation

The more adventurous among us can affordably camp under the stars (4 Euros a night); while those seeking more traditional resting spots can book a comfortable sleeping location inside, from common rooms to lovely private apartments (ranging from 8 Euros to 18 Euros). There is something for every taste and pocket ...

Camping: bring your own sleeping gear and pitch your own tent (yoga mats are available onsite): 5 €
(Note: Today - July 29 - I was told that the price for Camping is not 4 € but 5 € per night, I’m sorry for this change.)

Shared Sleeping Quarters (2-5 Beds per Room, mattresses are available onsite): 8 €
(Note: Today - July 29 - I was told that the price for the Shared Sleeping Quarter is not 6 € but 8 € per night, I’m sorry for this change.)
